Each fish is sourced sustainability, and welfare is at the top of our agenda. We only work with the very best folk who share our values & ethos.
Herring and haddock are line caught in British waters, MSC certified and the fishing boats are all part of the Responsible Fishing Scheme.
Salmon and trout are classified as organic meeting RSPCA High Welfare and Freedom Food certification coming from the cool fresh tidal waters off Scotland.
