Secret Smokehouse only works with high welfare fish. All of our haddock is line-caught in British waters, then hand filleted and oak smoked on site using traditional techniques.

Smoked haddock is ideal poached in milk for breakfast, with eggs of any kind. It’s also pretty unbeatable added to a fish pie or for making kedgeree.
