All salmon is farmed in Scotland by a small, independent, family-run producer, then hand-filleted and oak-smoked on site using traditional techniques. The salmon has a gentle smoke and a ‘melt in your mouth consistency’ which calls for simple preparation—perfect with brown bread and a squeeze of lemon or purely on its own.
