    We have done something very very naughty, we have taken a wheel of Parmigiano San Pietro produced by the legendary Italian Cravero family combining our smoking skills to produce this sensational oak smoked Parmesan.

    The Cravero family hand select each wheel from a small farm in the Appennini hills of Modena. The raw milk comes from a small herd of less than 100 cows the San Pietro dairy (producer number 2659). The dairy will make around 6 cheeses per day.

    This Parmigiano-Reggiano is so delicious: a cheese with a deeply savoury and brothy flavour, balanced by a rich fruity sweetness and a luscious texture. Matured for 25 months

    Shelf Life: 21 days

    Ingredients: Raw cow's milk (MILK), salt, cheese cultures, rennet, (FISH)
