Sea Bass with Lemon and Dill Butter
2 x Sea Bass fillets with lemon and dill butter
To cook your sea bass portions:
Oven cook: Place the fillets on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven.
Fan oven: 170°C/ Conventional oven: 190°C/ Gas mark 5 for 7-8 mins until the flesh flakes when tested with a knife. A minute before it's cooked through, place the butter on the fish and return to the oven.
Grill: Grill under a medium heat for 5-8 mins until the flesh flakes when tested with a knife. A minute before it's cooked through, place the butter on the fish and return to the grill.
Pan fry: Pan fry over a medium heat skin-side down for 3-4 minutes then flip, add the butter and fry for a further minute.
